IBS Shipping Policy

 

Shipping will be combined automatically by IBS when necessary with our combined shipping rules on multiple purchases.

   Two shipment options available:

 

Express shipping: Delivery time is about 2 working days for USA, and 3-4 days for other countries.

Physical address and phone number is needed for this option.

Regular registered mail: It is economical, but we do not suggest it.

The delivery time is about 3-4 weeks on the average.

It may be much more if the package waits at customs at destination country, and with changing to countries, additional customs fees may apply.

You will receive a invoices from us.

You can make payment when you finish all shopping to take the advantage of combined shipping

For security reasons, all payments will be handled through PayPal ....Only!

 

IBS Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy with the item you have bought you can return it in 15 days.

We can either refund or exchange it with another item that you will select.

Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
